The Greenpeace Solar Technician (GST) programme is building a generation of qualified solar energy technicians in Lebanon. The aim of the programme is to enhance the technical capacity of the Lebanese solar industry by forming a qualified working force in the solar energy field.

 

The GST programme consists of theoretical and practical trainings on solar PV and water heating systems destined to young electricians and technical schools students and provide them with the basic requirements to design, install, operate and maintain different solar systems.

 

GST programme graduates have the necessary technical skills and practical experience to work on solar PV and water heating system installations.
